Which one do you need?
Most visa applicants want the Verifiable Reservation. The Proposed Itinerary is a cheap planning document for when nobody needs to check a booking. All prices in GBP (£).

Your PDF arrives by email and in your account. Open "Manage booking" on the airline's site and enter the reference.

Is this a real flight ticket?
No. A Verifiable Reservation is a real booking held with the airline, but the fare isn't paid and no e-ticket is issued. The Proposed Itinerary is a planning document with no booking behind it.
How long does the reservation stay valid?
It depends on the airline, often 24–72 hours. Choose "Deliver before my appointment" or "Activate later" so it's active when you need it.
When will I get it?
We take orders 24/7 and deliver between 09:00 and 22:00 UK time, usually within 1–6 hours. Overnight orders arrive the next morning. You'll see your expected time before you pay.
How do I check my booking?
Go to the airline's website, open "Manage booking", and enter the booking reference and your surname. The PDF includes a QR code that takes you there.
Can you guarantee my visa?
No. Only the embassy or consulate decides. We provide flight reservations, not visa advice.
What if the airline can't find my booking?
Contact us straight away. We'll re-issue it for free or refund you in full.
